The power of technology is felt when it helps us to learn in a way that aren't otherwise possible or practical. learning was lame in those primitive periods for there was no bridge like ICT tools that connect us with outer world. knowledge simply revolves around the four walls of classroom. Discovery was a question; learning was lame just digesting whatever is in the textbook as it was one and only factory that generates knowledge. ICT caters the need of different learners for instance teacher can use images to meet the needs of visual learners an audio for auditory learners. in olden days lecture method was prominent as no technological gadgets were available. learners don't have to meet their tutor to clear the doubt YouTube is available these days that can clarify any kind of doubts unlike olden days student don't have to wait until the next class to clear his/her doubts. incase learner is curious to learn they can always click on the website and learn extra they can even question the existing statement. simply by sitting in the corner of the classroom they can travel around the world through technological devices. students can make out what is happening in and around the world or how is global warming affecting the world through their devices like phone and iPad.

Teacher don't have to take their learners to Egypt to educate them on Egyptian pyramid virtual learning is more than enough. so, ICT is one of the essential ingredients to make educational journey of individual successful without it learners will become handicapped.
